TERMS OF PURCHASE

The Terms of Purchase govern the relationship between the Buyer and DELMERION regarding ordering terms and methods, product prices, payment methods, contract termination and product return, delivery, personal data protection, and other matters related to the use of the DELMERION platform and online shopping. The Terms of Purchase apply only to purchases made via https://neoviderm.hr, not to purchases made through other means (e.g., directly from the manufacturer, supplier, etc.). The buyer can only be an adult natural person with full legal capacity or a legal entity. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and have full legal capacity, or that you have obtained full legal capacity through marriage before adulthood according to Article 117 of the Family Act, and that you are fully capable of accepting these General Terms. A contract on behalf of and for the account of a minor or legally incapacitated person can be concluded by their legal representatives or guardians, and partially capable persons only if they are not deprived of the right to manage their property and enter legal transactions. DELMERION bears no responsibility for actions contrary to these provisions.

PRICES

The listed product prices are retail prices, include VAT, and are expressed in euros. Prices are subject to change. Listed product prices do not include transport, delivery, or postal service costs, which are charged additionally. In accordance with the applicable Consumer Protection Act, DELMERION may, at its discretion, offer certain products at prices lower than the regular sales prices or with a special discount available under the same conditions to all users or a specifically defined group of users. The conditions of special sales, such as duration, quantity limits, discount amounts, etc., will be described in detail on the product page. After the promotional period ends, DELMERION cannot accept orders under the special sales conditions.

PAYMENT METHODS

Cash on delivery If you choose cash on delivery, you pay the courier service upon receipt. Cash-on-delivery orders incur an additional €1.06 fee.

Bank transfer (proforma invoice) If you choose payment by bank transfer, after completing the order, you will receive a proforma invoice with payment instructions via email. You can pay via bank transfer or general payment slip at any post office or bank. Delivery costs are charged in addition to product prices.

Card payment You can also pay with the following cards: American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, and Diners.
